More Jelena Abbou

It's been quite a while since I have done anything on the lovely Jelena Abbou.
Okay, try over three years.
She was the first fitness beauty I did a write up on here.
And I know people get tired of me saying that "this is possibly one of the most beautiful women I have profiled here" but I mean c'mon...look at her!

Jelena (also known as Jelena Djordjevic) was born on April 2nd, 1977 in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia.
This gorgeous figure competitor, fitness model and certified personal trainer, now lives in the US, having left Serbia when she was 20 years old.

Since the last entry I did on her, Jelena has added some more female fitness competitions to her list....

Gina Trochiano - IFBB Pro Figure Competitor

IFBB Pro Figure Competitor Gina Trochiano was born on March 24, 1977 in Brooklyn.
She was raised in Staten Island, and currently lives at the Jersey Shore.
This fitness beauty is not only an IFBB Pro, but also a Cellucor Sponsored Athlete and the Cellucor Director of Athlete Relations.

Fitness Females - Margi Faze

This gorgeous young lady is stay at home mom of three AND fitness model Margi Faze from Nevada.
Yes, you read that right...mother of three!
Every now and then I get to do an entry on one of these fitness beauties that is really inspirational, and this is one of those times.
Marge didn't start on her path of becoming a fitness model until she was thirty five.
And that was after her three kids were born.
I think this may be the first lady I have done a write up on here whose transformation story is so amazing that the Washington Times interviewed her about it.

Margi's goal wasn't to go into fitness modeling, or become a female fitness competitor.
She just wanted to get in shape.
But look at her now.
I would say that she more than succeeded.
She recently won her class at the Miss Bikini America contest and she won the Body for Life Grand Master Championship.


Margi is a perfect example that you can do anything you set your mind to.

Fitness Model Competitor Stefanie Richard

This five foot three, blonde haired, green eyed beauty is F.A.M.E. Fitness Model Competitor Stefanie Richard.
Stefanie is from Montreal, Quebec, Canada and has been competing in fitness since 2008.
Before that she came in 3rd place at the 2006 Miss Quebec, and was a top ten finalist for the 2006-2007 Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada.

Since she started in female fitness competition, she came in 4th at the Ms. Bikini and Model Universe 2009 in Miami and won the Figures/Figure Physique Open at the 2009 FAME World Championships.

I haven't done anything on Diana Chaloux in awhile, so here's some more info.
Since the last entry, this fitness model, NPC national level figure competitor, certified personal trainer, fitness coach and fitness columnist has appeared in Oxygen, Natural Muscle, Muscle & Fitness Hers and MMA Worldwide Magazine .
At the 2009 WBFF World Championship, Diana came in second place in Pro Figure.

Diana does personal training in Kansas City, MO, and via her website, you can get Online Personal Training and Nutrition Programs.
She also runs Fitness Model Boot Camps and Bikini Boot Camps.

She started lifting weights in her teens, and a lot of her inspiration came from her dad who was a competitive power lifter and Golden Glove Boxer.

Kortney Olson - KO - Female Fitness

This young lady is Kortney Olson also known simply as "KO".
She's a Scorpio (as you may have noticed from her tattoo) and she has 15 inch biceps, 27 inch quads and 18 inch calves.
KO is 5'7 and 147 pounds.
This young lady had put a lot of time and effort into her body and it really shows.
Besides lifting weights, she does kempo, jujitsu and golf.
Imagine her going into MMA.....

You know I thought I had already done a write up on Kendra Elias, but evidently I was wrong.
This beautiful IFBB fitness competitor stands 5'1 and weighs 105-115 pounds.
Kendra has appeared in Flex and Muscle and Fitness HERS magazines.

This is FAME Fitness Model competitor Karen Kryzanowski from Thornhill, Toronto, Ontario.
More evidence that they are doing some kind of genetic research in Canada for breeding superhumans!

90s Fitness Model - Rachel Robertson

This beautiful fitness model was in MuscleMag International.
And she is a former lifeguard.
As with a lot of fitness models from the 80s and 90s, she seems to have just disappeared.
Some go on to become personal trainers or even in some cases doctors.
But some I just can't find any trace of.

Melissa Mok - Fitness Beauty

Melissa Mok was another popular fitness model and female fitness competitor from the 90s.

Melissa was a bit larger than some of the other girls, but her sleek, balanced physique made her a stand out.
This five foot six, 135 pound fitness beauty came in 4th at the 1995 Canadian Fitness Championships, 10th at the 1996 IFBB Jan Tana Pro and 8th at the Women’s World Pro Fitness Championships.
She also appeared in fitness magazines like Ironman, Flex, and she was on the cover of the July 1996 issue of Women's Fitness and Bodybuilding.

Angela Chittenden - Female Fitness Model

Angela Chittenden is a former fitness model who now designs her own swimwear that you can buy at Beach Bunny.
So besides being drop dead gorgeous, she's smart too!
