The last write up I did on female bodybuilder Denise Masino was way back in 2007.
Denise was born on May 1st, 1968 in Brooklyn, New York.
This lady is big and powerful, but sleek at the same time.
And not to mention, beautiful.
Denise retired from professional bodybuilding in 2007, but before she retired, she amassed an impressive contest history...

Katka Kyptova - Czech female bodybuilder

Tomorrow, Saturday, September 19 is Czech bodybuilder Katka Kyptová's birthday.
So Happy Birthday Katka!

Katka is a fitness competitor, bench press competitor, certified personal fitness trainer, fitness coach and Pilates instructor.

This incredible young lady can Bench Press 176 (4X), Deadlift 308 (2X) and squat 220 (4X).

She stands 5´5´´ and weighs between 124 and 158 pounds.
Katka has 14 inch Biceps, a 39 inch chest, 23 inch quads and 16 inch calves.

Kristal Richardson - Female Fitness Model

This beautiful lady is Kristal Richardson.
Believe it or not, after only two competitions, Kristal became a IFBB Professional Figure Competitor!
She was born on April 28th, 1976 in Bloomington, Illinois.
Kristal started out in jazz dance and gymnastics at an early age, and moved on to cheerleading, track, and volleyball.

In March 2006, she competed in her first regional Figure competition in San Francisco, The Steel Rose.
Kristal not only won her class, but she also won the overall show, which allowed her to go to the national level.

Then in rapid order she had her 30th birthday, married Tom Richardson (the man that got her into serious training) and competed at the North American national competition, where she won her class and got her Pro Card.

She is now a certified personal trainer and has her own business training and consulting on health and nutrition.
And this lady is a walking advertisement for her business.

Beautiful Figure Competitor Angela Terlesky was born and raised in Michigan, but now resides in Arizona.
Besides being an IFBB Figure Pro, she is also a licensed massage therapist.
