Unfortunately, thats about all I know about her.
There are lots of pictures of her online, but very little information.
Google's search even only turns up Na-Li Yang and Na-Li Yang muscle.
Hopefully, like with a few other fitness girls, posts like this will cause more info on her to pop up.

Filipina IFBB figure competitor, fitness model and certified personal trainer Meriza DeGuzman Ciccone is proof that good things come in small packages.
She's just under 5 feet tall and weighs about 100 pounds, but this little lady sure packs a lot of muscle on her frame.

Unknown Fitness Beauty - Haley Almeida

One of the things I hate about Pinterest, Instagram, Tumbler etc is that they have pretty much eliminated the ability to find out who a model is.
Like this lovely lady that can go from very attractive to very fit with a single flex.
I had no idea who she was and a Google Image Search just turned up sites and generic hashtags.
The closest I could get was "Haley @xnrg.fit"
But I finally tracked her down after a long while and her name is Haley Almeida.

Yoo Seung Ok - Korean Fitness Girl

South Korean beauty Yoo Seung Ok is what they call an "hourglass goddess".
She became an instant sensation when she guested on SBS's "Star King" in 2015.
Yoo came in fifth place in a Musclemania's Fitness America Weekend 2014...which makes me really wanna see who came in at first through fourth.
I mean if they beat her...geez...
She made not be as cut and ripped as American fitness models, but she is nothing to laugh at.
Yoo was born on June 21, 1990, and when she isn't dropping jaws at competitions, she is an actress and "regular" model.

Olga Guryeva - Female Bodybuilder

Today we have a lady with a bit more size to her, Russian female bodybuilder Olga Guryeva.
In 2006 Olga came in sixth at the European Amateur Championships, she also placed ninth at the World Amateur Championships.
She placed first at the European Amateur Championships in 2007 and also eighth at the World Amateur Championships.
In 2012, she came in third at the IFBB Arnold Amateur.

Aya Sheryda - Female Fitness

This young lady is a bit different from some of the others here.
As far as I know she is not a fitness competitor.
But she is definitely fit.
Her name is Aya Sheryda and she is a fitness model, model, pinup model and cosplayer.
And she does all of them well.

IFBB Pro figure competitor Beautiful Debbie Leung is five foot two and weighs 115 in season and 128 off season.
She is from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada but currently lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
When she isn't competing, she is a physical therapist, business owner and certified acupuncturist.

Themis Klarides - 90's Fitness Models

Wow.
I think this is the coolest write up I have ever done on this blog.
I ran across some old pics of 90s fitness model Themis Klarides, and since I always thought that she was gorgeous, I decided to find out what she was doing now.
Well it seems that after being an incredible fitness model, she became a ring girl for the WWE.
So fitness...then pro wrestling.
But wait....there's more!

After that, Themis was elected to the Connecticut House of Representatives in 1998.
She was re-elected in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012, and she served as the deputy minority leader from 2007 to 2014.
Now she is the current Republican Minority Leader in the Connecticut House of Representatives.
And still gorgeous!
This proves that you can do anything that you set your mind to.
