A while back I made mention of not seeing many red haired fitness models and then I ran across Véronique Morin, Andrea Palazvelos and Paige McFarland.
And now I can add Chelsea Riera to that list.
Maybe I should just do a blog devoted to redhead fitness women.
Nah...I tried that with red haired wrestlers and it didn't work too well.
I guess the Gingers will just have to share.

Chelsea is five foot six, 125 pounds and is from Phenix City, Alabama.
Besides being a fitness model, she is also a personal trainer and she manages a sales and marketing company.

If you keep up with WWE wrestling at all, you may have seen the stunning fitness model Brittany Beede on the third season of NXT as Jamie Keyes.
When I first saw her I thought, "You know Aksana is a former bodybuilder, fitness model and personal trainer, but Jamie looks way more cut-up than she does."
I just knew she was gonna be at least in the finals with that physique, but she was the very first Diva to be eliminated from the competition.
I know pro wrestling is fake, but they rigged this too?
How do I know it was rigged?
Well just look at her!



Tell me she would have not made a great WWE Diva given the training.
Unbeknownst to me at the time, she already did have a little training.

Brittany started out as a kid with gymnastics, dance, tennis, volleyball, boxing, track and field, karate, weightlifting and cheer leading.
Yes boxing and karate, she already had a martial arts background.

Then she became a model as she worked her way through nursing school.
Wrestlicious saw her first and wanted her as their ring announcer (again...let her wrestle!)
But then oddly enough she showed up not in Wrestlicious, but TNA managing Kevin Nash at the 2009 Final Resolution pay-per-view.
Then WWE saw her pics at Wrestlicious and signed her.
I'm guessing John Laurinaitis saw her.

This led to her begin trained as a wrestler by Steve Keirn and her showing up on FCW and NXT.
But like I said, she was the first Diva eliminated.

But forget wrestling, this lady could be a real threat in IFBB Figure or IFBB Bikini either one.
Maybe she could pull an Aksana, win a bunch of competitions and have the WWE come crawling back to her.

Oksana Grishina - Russian Fitness Beauty

It's been quite awhile since I have done anything on Russian fitness beauty Oksana Grishina, back in 2009 actually.
But I think this may be Oksana's year in fitness, so here's a quick update.
This five foot four, 116 pound fitness competitor was born on March 25th, 1978 in Kaliningrad Russia.
Oksana started gymnastics at the age of seven which from what I understand, is kinda late in Russia.

Oksana recently joined Team Gaspari and her teammates include fitness beauties Krissy Chin, Ava Cowan, Stacey Oster Thompson, Marzia Prince and Trish Warren.
She has also appeared in Flex, IronMan and other fitness magazines.
Oksana is married, and her husband's (who is also her coach) name is Boris.

This beautiful young lady is Jill Papapanu, a veteran of the US Navy (she was a U.S. Navy rescue swimmer) and aspiring fitness model and fitness competitor.
She's five foot eight, 150 pounds and is originally from Sarver, Pennsylvania, but resides in Tampa, Florida right now.
Jill has appeared in Oxygen Magazine (Future of Fitness January 2010), the Power Plank Infomercial (www.buypowerplank.com), Good Day Tampa Bay Fitness, and as a MTV Spin Masters TV pilot promo model.
She also played football for The Tampa Breeze, Tampa’s Lingerie Football Team.
When Jill isn't perfecting her body, she is a government contractor.

I've done one write up already on the stunning Amber Elizabeth Fournier on my other fitness blog, Female Fitness and Bodybuilding Beauties, but this incredible young lady deserves more than one look I think.
One thing that sets her apart from most of the women featured on this blog is that Amber was raised by a missionary family in the Congo.
Yes, Africa.
She keeps her lean yet muscular build by doing kickboxing, Pilates, weight training and CrossFit.

Ocean Bloom - Female Fitness Model

And here we have actress, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, female fitness model and fitness champion, Ocean Bloom.
Ocean is one of those women that have been able to combine size with a sleek, powerful physique.
The last time I featured her I didn't say much about the movie work this beautiful lady has done, so let me correct that.
She appeared in "Stargate SG-1" four times, three of those were as a female Jaffa.
If you watched Stargate you know what a Jaffa is.
If you didn't watch it, think "Female Warrior".
Ocean has also appeared in "Psych" twice and she appeared in the 2002 movie I Spy.

In print, Ocean has appeared in in Musclemag, Ironman, Oxygen, Natural Bodybuilding, Woman’s Physique World, Healthy Living Guide and Shared Vision.

Ocean has a long contest history in women's fitness competitions starting with a 1st place win in the 1997 BodyMax Bodybuilding competition.
That was followed by 1st place wins at the 1997 BC Junior Bodybuilding Championship, the 1998 BC Fitness competition, the 2000 World Natural Sports Fitness competition, the 2003 Fitness America West, the 2005 FAME World's Pro Fitness, the 2007 FAME Naturals Pro Figure and the 2007 FAME National Muscle.

Melissa Coates was born June 18th, 1969 in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She is a professional wrestler, fitness model, and former bodybuilder. She has also appeared in the first two seasons of the GSN show Extreme Dodgeball.
Melissa can bench press 250 pounds.
When Melissa signed up with the WWE, she wrestled in their Ohio Valley Wrestling training program. There she faced several ladies that would go on to become famous WWE Divas including Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall, Mickie James, and Melina Perez.
