Melissa Mok was another popular fitness model and female fitness competitor from the 90s.
Melissa was a bit larger than some of the other girls, but her sleek, balanced physique made her a stand out.This five foot six, 135 pound fitness beauty came in 4th at the 1995 Canadian Fitness Championships, 10th at the 1996 IFBB Jan Tana Pro and 8th at the Women’s World Pro Fitness Championships.
She also appeared in fitness magazines like Ironman, Flex, and she was on the cover of the July 1996 issue of Women's Fitness and Bodybuilding.
