This stunning young lady is a figure competitor, fitness model, author and personal trainer Laura London.
Let me also mention here that she is a mother of three and she's 44 years old!
Oh, and she started training when she reached her forties.
Yes "started training when she reached her forties", you read that right.
She entered her first Figure Competition at the age of 43, and came in third!
