Anllela Sagra - Female Fitness

This is fitness model, trainer, and bodybuilder, Anllela Sagra.
Yeah I think "bodybuilder" is carrying it a bit too far.
But...back in the days of Rachel McLish, she would be considered a bodybuilder so....
Anyway, before fitness she was a fashion design student and fashion model, which segued into fitness.
Anllela was born on October 6, 1993 in Colombia and is five foot nine, 130 pounds.

This is five foot eight, 120 pound IFBB Pro Figure Competitor, Fitness Model and personal trainer Mindi Lee Smith.

I just finished doing a write up on the 2011 IFBB Figure Pros (like I did with the IFBB Bikini Pros) and in doing that write up, one woman stood out over all the others.
That woman is certified personal trainer and fitness and figure competitor Nicole Wilkins.
Yeah I know I just did a write up on her in January, but this five foot seven, 144 pound fitness beauty stood head and shoulders above the rest.
In 2011 she competed four times, and she came in first place in all four contests.
And two of them were the biggest contests in the world, the Arnold Classic (Arnold Fitness Weekend) and the Olympia (Joe Weider's Olympia Weekend).
This is the second time Nicole has won the Figure International and the second time she won the Figure Olympia (though not in a row, Erin Stern won last year).


Nicole was born on February 5th, 1984 in Royal Oak, Michigan and has a background in dance, cheerleading and gymnastics.
She fell in love with fitness and figure when she went to the Arnold Classic in 2002 and in 2007 she got both her IFBB Figure and Fitness cards... at the same contest.
