Five foot five, 132 pound IFBB Figure Pro Heather Dees came in second at the 2014 IFBB Arnold Classic.
I did a write up on Heather back in 2011 and she has been a pretty popular lady here since.
Interestingly, she came in 2nd last year at The Arnold too.
