Andrea was born on March 9, 1975.
She is 5'7 1/2" and weighs between 165-168 training and 185-188 off season.
Not only is Andrea a bodybuilder, but her mother was as well.

IFBB Figure Pro - Heather Mae French

Heather Mae French is an IFBB Figure Pro from Little Rock, Arkansas.
You wouldn't know it to look at her, but she stands 5'3 and weighs 103 pounds.
In 2008, Heather was named one of the top eight figure pros to watch by FigureRX Magazine.
And looking at her it's no wonder why.
She is ripped, tight and compact with beautiful blue eyes.
And looking at her contest history, she seems to just keep getting better.

And talk about humble beginnings, she started out watching Denise Austin on the Lifetime channel and buying "Buns of Steel" videotapes.

Joanie Laurer, Chyna

Before she became the "The Ninth Wonder of the World" Joanie Laurer aka Chyna tried her hand at fitness competitions.
According to everything I've read, she didn't do well, but I think that's because with her size and build, she should have focused on Bodybuilding instead.
But the fitness worlds loss was pro wrestling's gain and she soon appeared on the then WWF as Triple H's bodyguard valet.

Joanie started out lifting weights and working out as a way to get away from the domestic turmoil at home.
But it wasn't really until she met Gerry Blais, a bodybuilder at World Gym in Londonderry, New Hampshire that things took off for her.
She dove into training and entered fitness competitions.
The only ones I could really find were the 1994 ESPN Fitness America Competition and the 1996 New York City regional of the Fitness America Pageant.

Actress, Fitness Model, Pro Fitness Athlete, Writer, Personal Trainer AND Choreographer Ocean Bloom.
Whew, that's a long description for one lady.
And this lady has done a lot.
Ocean was born on November 18 1977 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
She started dance at the age of 5.

As a fitness model she has appeared on the cover and inside Ironman, Oxygen, Planet Muscle, Muscle Mag, Bodytalk, American Curves, Natural Bodybuilding and others.
As a pro fitness athlete, she won the Bodymax Bodybuilding Competition, the BC Junior Bodybuilding Competition, BC Fitness Competition, World Natural Sports Competition, Fitness America West Fitness, Fame's World Pro Fitness, Fame Nationals Pro Figure and Fames National Muscle Model and placed in several more competitions.
On TV she has appeared in two of my favorite shows, Psych and Stargate.

Diana Dennis - Female Bodybuilder

Former female bodybuilder Diana Dennis was born on July 12, 1951.
She began competing in local contests in 1981. Her earliest success was in mixed pairs competition, with partner Kevin Lawrence. They won several titles, including the 1985 IFBB World Amateur competition. Diana earned her pro card by winning the overall title at the 1985 NPC Nationals. She then established herself as one of the top professional competitors by finishing third in the Ms. Olympia later that year. She competed in a total of nine Ms. Olympia contests, finishing outside the top ten only once. As a pro, Diana won the 1986 Los Angeles Pro Championship and the 1989 Pro World Championship.
She was inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame in 2001.

Iris Kyle - Female Bodybuilder

Iris Kyle is a professional female bodybuilder from the United States.

Iris Kyle was born on August 22nd, 1974 in Benton Harbor, Michigan, the fifth of six children. Her early athletic endeavors included running cross country, basketball (point guard), and softball (shortstop). She was an All-American in basketball, and received a number of athletic scholarship offers. Iris attended Alcorn State University in Lorman, Mississippi on a basketball scholarship, majoring in business administration. She currently lives in Huntington Beach, California, and works as a health club manager.

Iris won her first contest, the 1994 Long Beach Muscle Classic. She earned her pro card by winning the heavyweight class and overall title at the 1998 NPC USA Championship in Las Vegas. Iris has had a series of high placing as a professional, including sixth consecutive top five showings at the Ms. Olympia. She won the heavyweight class at the Ms. Olympia in 2001, then captured the overall titles at both the Ms. International and Ms. Olympia in 2004. In 2006, Iris won both her second Ms. International title and her second Ms. Olympia title. At a height of 5'7", Iris typically competes at a bodyweight of approximately 158-160 pounds.

Lenda Murray - Female Bodybuilder

 Female bodybuilder Lenda Murray was born on February 22nd, 1962 in Detroit, Michigan.
Lenda is the world’s most successful female bodybuilder so far being an eight time winner of the Ms. Olympia title, the highest achievement in professional female bodybuilding.
But if Iris Kyle wins it in 2011, she wil tie Lenda.

Lenda was both a record holding sprinter and varsity cheerleader at Henry Ford High School in Detroit.
She went on to attend Western Michigan University and earned a degree in political science. While she was at Western Michigan, she continued to cheerlead, and became the first African American to be chosen as the university’s homecoming queen in 1982.

After briefly cheerleading for the Michigan Panthers in the (now defunct) United States Football League, Lenda took to the bodybuilding stage in 1985. She rose quickly through the ranks, soon winning contests at the state and regional levels. In 1989, she earned her professional status at the IFBB North American Championships. Lenda soon became a regular presence in bodybuilding magazines and a favorite subject of photographer Bill Dobbins who focused extensively on her in his books The Women and Modern Amazons.

On November 24, 1990, Lenda succeeded six-time champion Cory Everson to become Ms. Olympia, a title she would hold for most of the following decade. Lenda appeared in such mass-market publications as Sports Illustrated, Ebony, Mademoiselle, and Vanity Fair, as well as in Annie Leibovitz’s photo essay Women. Murray’s physique became the standard against which professional female bodybuilders are now judged – an hourglass figure, with broad shoulders tapering into a V-shaped torso mirrored by a proportionally-developed lower body.

Lenda lost the Ms. Olympia title to Kim Chizevsky in 1997, and went into retirement after finishing second to Kim again in 1998. However, after four years of retirement she returned to the Ms. Olympia stage, and won two more Ms. Olympia titles in 2002 and 2003. She finished second in the heavyweight class to Iris Kyle in 2004, and again retired from competition. Lenda is married to Urel McGill and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Former Fitness Competitor - Trish Stratus

While Trish Stratus never won any fitness competitions, long before she stepped into the squared circle, a lot of us saw her in Muscle and Fitness,and many other fitness magazines as a model.

Trish Stratus (born Patricia Anne Stratigias on December 18, 1975 in Richmond Hill, Ontario), is a former Canadian fitness model and semi-retired professional wrestler. Formerly working for World Wrestling Entertainment, Stratus retired from WWE on September 17, 2006 after winning her seventh WWE Women's Championship.

Stratus is the first in WWF/E history to have held the WWE Women's Championship seven times, three more than the four reigns of Lita and the four recognized title reigns of The Fabulous Moolah. She is also one of only four women to have held the WWE Hardcore Championship.

As a fitness model, Stratus has been featured on the cover of many major health and fitness magazines such as Musclemag, Flare, and Total Women's Fitness. She also released a calendar series called "Dream Team" with fellow model, Stacey Lynn. As a sports entertainer, she was proclaimed the "Diva of the Decade" on the WWE RAW X Anniversary Show. She was voted "WWE Babe of the Year" three times between 2001 and 2003.
