I haven't done anything on IFBB Pro Emily Zelinka in quite a while.
And then I ran across these boxing pics and thought,"Yep...time to do some more".

Emily was born in Welland, Ontario on December 5th, 1982 and had to overcome an eating disorder to get to where she is today.
And she has overcome.

Ashley Kaltwasser - Female Fitness Models

I did a write up on the beautiful IFBB Bikini Pro Ashley Kaltwasser earlier this year when she won the 2014 IFBB Arnold Classic.
But in case you hadn't noticed, this five foot five, 125 pound young lady has been tearing up the Bikini Division for a while now.
