One of the more popular ladies on this blog is Canadian IFBB Pro Figure Competitor Debbie Leung.
Debbie is from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and stands five foot two and weighs in at 125 to 130 normally and 115 contest weight.
It gets a little confusing at times because I have seen her listed as Debbie Leung, Debbie Barrable-Leung and Debbie Cellini so I am assuming she got married at some point since I did my last write up.

Chelsea Riera - Female Fitness Model and Personal Trainer

A while back I made mention of not seeing many red haired fitness models and then I ran across Véronique Morin, Andrea Palazvelos and Paige McFarland.
And now I can add Chelsea Riera to that list.
Maybe I should just do a blog devoted to redhead fitness women.
Nah...I tried that with red haired wrestlers and it didn't work too well.
I guess the Gingers will just have to share.

Chelsea is five foot six, 125 pounds and is from Phenix City, Alabama.
Besides being a fitness model, she is also a personal trainer and she manages a sales and marketing company.

Before getting into fitness modeling and bikini competitions, Stephanie had a life long love of physical activity with soccer, surfing (she was born and raised in Hawaii), softball, track, water polo and she worked as a personal trainer.
She's five foot five, 121 pounds and her measurements are 34-26-35.

Female Fitness Model - Jennifer Nicole Lee

This is the third time Jennifer Nicole Lee has shown up on this blog.
Heck, I could probably do a whole blog on just her.
Besides having an amazing physique, she has this animal intenstiy in her pictures.
I guess that's what got her the nickname "La Tigre".
Not content to just appear on the covers of over 30 magazines as a fitness model, Jennifer is also celebrity trainer, lifestyle and wellness expert and author.
Of course if you know anything about Jennifer, you have heard the story of how she lost 80 pounds after the birth of her children and got into the shape she's in today.
Which is incredible.

Fitness Model and Figure Competitor Aeryon Bela Ashlie

Aeryon Bela Ashlie is a Personal Trainer, Fitness Model and Figure Competitor.
Aeryon has fitness in her blood, as her father was an amateur bodybuilder and her mother was a figure skating coach.

I haven't been able to find any current info on Aeryon, so I don't know if she is still actively competing or not.

Fitness model Marzia Prince

This is one of those fitness models I could devote an entire blog to.
Marzia Prince was born in Dallas, Texas.
She is a fitness model, but she has a LOT more cred than that.
Mariza is a (take a deep breath) Cooper Certified Personal Trainer, a Physical Fitness Specialist, a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Instructor, trained in the Biomechanics of Resistance Training, a Fitness Specialist for Older Adults (65+), she has her Nutrition Certification and is CPR Certified!
That's besides being drop dead gorgeous!
Did I mention that back in May she won the The Lyzabeth Lopex Fame Classic Bikini Competition?
And she's also the magazine model for Gaspari Nutrition.
I wonder if I left anything out?
Oh yeah, her sister is a model also, Lisa Chandler aka Alizia Gutierrez.

Mary Elizabeth Lado - Fitness Women

 As far as I can tell, the lovely Mary Elizabeth Lado has retired from active competition.
This five foot seven ,138 pound fitness beauty was born on September 16th, 1978 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
For some strange reason, she reminds me a little of Monique Minton Ricardo.
Don't know why exactly, but watch the video below and see what you think.
