Melissa Coates - Fitness Beauty

Melissa Coates was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada on June 18, 1973. She is a professional wrestler, fitness model, and bodybuilder.
Melissa appeared at WWE Backlash 2005, during the "Masterlock Challenge" segment. After this initial appearance, she was signed to a developmental contract with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). However, Melissa left the company to work for wXw and refocus her training. Soon after training in wXw, she began regularly working for Ohio Valley Wrestling, often facing off with several of OVW's divas. After a stint in OVW, Melissa was then assigned to Deep South Wrestling as the Bag Lady. Soon after, she began to undergo an attire change, dressing more diva like and began feuding with Krissy Vaine and Angel Williams, winning all of her matches. However, her stay in DSW was also short lived and she began touring the independent circuit. In her first appearance on the indy circuit, Melissa won the NWA/GCW Women's Championship while wrestling for Great Championship Wrestling.
