This beautiful (and built) young lady is WBFF Women’s Figure and Fitness Diva Tionna Michelle
She is five foot four, 120 pounds and also a personal trainer, massage therapist and holistic nutrition consultant.

Tionna came in 5th at the 2010 NPC Muscle Mayhem Championships and 3rd at the 2013 WBFF Worlds Las Vegas

Heather Dees - Fitness Women

Five foot five, 132 pound IFBB Figure Pro Heather Dees came in second at the 2014 IFBB Arnold Classic.
I did a write up on Heather back in 2011 and she has been a pretty popular lady here since.
Interestingly, she came in 2nd last year at The Arnold too.

IFBB Figure Pro Candice Keene Wins At The Arnold!

At the 2014 Arnold Sports Festival last night, IFBB Figure Pro Candice Keene took first place in Figure.
This five foot five, 128 beauty was born on March 1st, 1982 and hails from Orlando, Florida.
She is not only an IFBB Figure Pro, but also owns ProCakez, is a full time student and of course, a fitness model.
Candice not only won at the 2013 IFBB Arnold Classic last year, but also the 2013 IFBB New York Pro and the 2013 IFBB Australian Pro Grand Prix XIII.
