Christine Lydon, MD
Yes that's right, MD! She majored in neurobiology and French literature at Brown University and received a medical degree from Yale.
Christine was active in fitness magazine photo and video shoots in the mid and late 90s.
Right now, she is doing a lot of campaigning against aspartame as are several other fitness personalities I know of like Spice Williams.
